Refocusing on core strengths of productivity (OEE) and cost management (COO)

August 25, 2003 (Pleasanton, CA) – A team led by current senior management and original co-founders of Wright Williams & Kelly (WWK) announced today it has reached an agreement to acquire the assets of the company. WWK was founded in 1991 and acquired by its current owners, CH2M Hill Industrial Design & Construction (IDC), in 1995.

A spokesman for the buy-out team stated that they have received commitments from all staff members to join the new organization. Additionally, they have received written confirmation from long-term clients and key suppliers supporting the acquisition. There will be no interruption in operations, customer service, or technical support.
